FAQs
Can I pause my service?
Sure. Pause up to two times per year, for a total of 6 months. Useful if you’re only here seasonally and don’t need cameras or other devices left on. There’s a $45 fee to reactivate.
Are all plans available in all locations?
Higher tier plans may not be available everywhere on the network. We can look at building more capacity. Speeds up to 150 mbps are available in nearly all locations.
Can I set up autopay?
Yes. Payments and plans are set up for autopay through the customer portal. We take credit or debit cards.
What’s included in the free install?
The free install covers up to 100 feet of cabling and is confirmed on the site survey. Anything beyond that is discussed before you are signed up.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any time. Request a change in the customer portal, or by phone or email.
Do I need my own WiFi router?
It’s great if you have your own. We offer mesh-capable routers for $10 a month or $99 to purchase, configured at install. Use one, or several, to cover the house.
Any data caps or limits?
No. Unlimited.
